About The Founder
In 2015, my journey into the captivating realm of hospitality project management was ignited by the exhilarating launch of the Radisson Red development project. This marked my first foray into this dynamic domain, and it was a pivotal moment that kindled an enduring passion within me. Witnessing the collaborative constructive interaction of diverse stakeholders, each ardently contributing their expertise to craft an exceptional product, was an exhilarating experience that left an indelible impression.
The Radisson Red project was a trailblazer, an avant-garde creation that challenged convention. Its unprecedented nature demonstrated the power of collective effort, yielding exceptional outcomes that reverberated far beyond its completion. The allure of hospitality projects had taken root, captivated my aspirations and guided my trajectory towards a deeply fulfilling career in this industry.
What enamoured me further was the tapestry of intricacies that defines the hospitality space. It is a theatre of “silent players” orchestrating intricate manoeuvres, and a dance of moving parts that you would scarcely encounter in other industries. I recall a quote that continues to resonate within me, shared a member of the development team, during his visit to the hotel: “We sell sleep.”
This succinctly encapsulates the quintessence of our purpose—to meticulously curate every facet of the guest’s experience. From the minutest nuances to the most conspicuous finishes, we relentlessly pursue the zenith of quality. Our mandate is to cocoon travellers in an oasis of comfort, a home away from home, sometimes within the confines of just 24 square meters.
